Lori & Scott Mitchell chose to relocate to the Colorado Mountains from Phoenix, Arizona in 1991. We've watched the Summit County and Park County areas grow and change. As parents of three children who were raised in Breckenridge, we've been involved with the area and the community for a long time in varying aspects. Scott enjoys golfing, skiing and golfing some more. Lori enjoys skiing, scrapbooking and hiking.

Ryan is a Colorado native and has lived in Summit County, specifically Breckenridge, since 1985. After graduating from the University of Northern Colorado in 1997, he's been selling real estate since 2001. His tremendous local knowledge has made for many satisfied clients.

Ryan is an avid golfer, skier and mountain bike rider as well as any other activities associated with being outdoors in our beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains. He enjoys spending time with his family, wife Megan and his son Rece.

Justin was born in Colorado Springs and grew up on the Western Slope in Colorado. While attending CSU, he fell in love with Summit County through frequent visits to enjoy the many activities the area has to offer. Krystal was born in Phoenix, Arizona but then moved in the 2nd grade to Breckenridge with her family. She has lived in Summit County ever since except for when she attended and graduated from CSU. In her spare time she enjoys skiing, hiking, camping and reading.

Sharon is a native of North Carolina and attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she majored in Business. Sharon has been in Summit County since 1998. For twenty years, she was owner and director of Dancebeat, Inc. in Cary, North Carolina. Her experience in business and working with the public is most extensive.

Sharon enjoys skiing, hiking and dancing - especially dancing. She was a longtime competitor in the field of Latin ballroom dance. She fell in love with Summit County the first time she came here and is pleased to now call this area home.

A professional with an MS in Physics & MBA in Finance from George Washington University, Martin managed multi-million dollar contracts. For entertainment he acquired an instrument pilot license & has been on HOA Boards as both President and VP.

Martin and his wife Rose relocated to CO in 2002 and now reside in Frisco, CO with Tasha, their Golden. They came for snow skiing but fell in love with hiking, biking, boating and fishing on Dillon Lake. In their spare time they remodeled and currently manage their rental properties in CA and NJ. To fulfill their love of opera they attend performances in Central City, Denver, Santa Fe and NY.

Victoria moved from the Atlanta area to Breckenridge in 2003 to open Extreme Pizza with her husband, Vance. They have 3 children – 2 attend Breckenridge Elementary and 1 is at Summit Middle School.

Victoria has gotten to know Summit County through the many activities her children participate in. She enjoys skiing in the winter and spending lots of time outdoors in the summer. As the saying goes, “People come to Summit County for the winters, but they stay for the summers”.

Harold moved to Breckenridge in 1978 and started his own Property Management Company. He spent the next 22 years renting condos and homes for individuals and managing home owner associations. Also, during that time he served on many volunteer commitees including serving as President of the B.R.C. (Breckenridge Resort Chamber). He sold his company in 2001 and has been in Real Estate sales since.
